Deposit and Cancellation Policy

General Policy - Please Read Thoroughly.

Deposit required for all functions. Final arrangements and guaranteed attendance must be completed eight days in advance.

Final payment is to be made in full One (1) Wk. in advance of date for non-corporate functions. Net 15 day for corporate functions, $10.00 a day will be added thereafter. If a corporate acct. falls to $4000.00 in arrears services will be suspended until balance is brought to $1000.00 outstanding, then service will be reinstated.

Pricing is subject to change with market fluctuations & depends on number of guests & menu. Should your number of guest be lower, after we have priced your menu, the per person price will go up, however your overall costs will decrease. All cooked "leftover" will stay with the host. Any uncooked items will return with the caterer.

Pricing does not include 6% sales tax applied to food items, rentals, specialty items, or any gratuity. Arrangements can be made for Florist, D.J./Band, Set-up, Tents, China, Tableware, Cakes, Tables and Chairs.

Cancellation Policy:
If we have turned down other functions for the same date as yours, after reserving your date and you cancel within 40 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply & you will be billed for that amount or you may forfeit all or a portion of your deposit, depending on the amount.
